Binding conditions regarding reproduction of images and texts
1. The user of the images and texts provided here belonging to alfer® aluminium Gesellschaft mbH (hereinafter 'alfer®' for short) must enter his/her full name and address by filling out the template below (under construction). The user hereby confirms that he/she agrees with the content and validity of these binding conditions regarding the reproduction of images and texts.
2. alfer® provides the user with the images and texts free of charge as part of a download service.
3. alfer® agrees a purpose with the user for utilizing the images and texts. The images and texts may only then be utilized by the user and exclusively for the agreed purpose.
4. The images and texts made available to the user by alfer® may only be used with content referencing to alfer®.
5. In the keys, image references or hyperlinks used by the user, the images and texts from alfer® must appear with the abbreviation 'alfer® GmbH' (or also 'alfer®').
6. The images and texts made available to the user by alfer® may not be used transferred to an external database.
7. The images and texts made available to the user by alfer® must be deleted by the user after they have been utilized.
8. The liability of alfer® towards the user for damages from injury to life, body, or health is excluded unless these damages are based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty by alfer®. Furthermore, the liability of alfer® towards the user for other damages is excluded unless these damages are based on a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by alfer®.
9. Third party copy rights and commercial property rights as well as the rights of the persons depicted remain unaffected. It is the user's responsibility to obtain the necessary approvals, licenses, or other permissions where applicable. This does not apply if alfer® has expressly assured the user that the above-mentioned permissions will be presented.
10. The images and texts are made available by alfer® aluminium Gesellschaft mbH, Industriestraße 7, 79793 Wutöschingen. The latter is represented by the Managing Director Thomas Wilbs at the same address.
