clipstech® edging profiles
With the alfer® clipstech® edging profiles of anodized or powder-coated aluminium discreet edges to the floor level are formed for floor coverings with heights between 5.0 mm and 7.5 mm in the door area on which the floor covering floats.
Rough edges are covered, necessary expansion joints are maintained. Easy clip-on mounting. For floor covering height ranges see Table CL 06.

clipstech® step edging profiles, 27 mm
With the alfer® clipstech® step edging profiles of anodized or powder-coated aluminium step coverings of laminate and parquet can also be effectively and permanently protected from abrasion even on highly stressed stair edges.
Attention: when used as a step edge with support profile hard PVC white, ivory, gray, or caramel are combined depending on the covering thickness. For floor covering height ranges see Table CL 06.

User tips
Mounting the clipstech®-plus decor profiles is quite simple. The decor profile is placed on the support profile so that the joint pan and head are opposite. Use a hammer and a padded wood block to firmly tap the decor profile onto the support profile.
clipstech® also makes it possible to create very attractive finishes to walls. Using alfer® mounting aids and the corresponding support profile, will ensure that exactly the right expansion joint gap to the wall is maintained.

... 2.5 mm floor covering is desired and if the cut edge of this covering is to be covered then the ivory color support profile must be used. If the gray support profile is used 5.0 mm coverings can be used on the other side.
... 4.5 mm floor covering is desired and if the cut edge of this covering is to be covered then the caramel color support profile must be used. Note that in this case the height of the floor covering that is to be installed in a floating process increases by 4.5 mm.

With the step edging profiles, even for floor coverings with covering heights between 19.5 mm and 23.5 mm that are installed in a floating process in the door area, butt edges can be formed to the floor level on which the floor covering floats. The brown support profile is necessary for this.
