clipstech®-plus support profiles NEW
alfer® support profiles made of rustproof and highly stable aluminium are the basis of the clipstech®-plus profile system and are fastened to the substrate before the flooring is laid (glued, nailed, screwed, or tacked). The grooved pivot head ensures that the special self-cutting screws are automatically centered when the cover profile is fitted.
Renovation support profile – retrospective installation in professional quality NEW
To install the clipstech®-plus system retrospectively, you use the specially developed renovation support profile with screw holes. It is made of extremely resilient, highly stable aluminium. It is possible to fit even with the narrowest of expansion joints from 12.0 mm. The grooved pivot head on the renovation profile also ensures that the special self-cutting screws are automatically centered when the cover profile is fitted.
Depending on the existing surface heights, four different profile heights are available. Please find the right profile heights from the tables, which are on the pages featuring the different cover profiles.

User tips
When using the alfer®-clipstech®-plus system it is important that the support profiles are laid before the respective floor covering. The ideal expansion joint gap is achieved using the mounting aid, item no. 88008. It is also possible to fit it retrospectively in existing expansion joints.
