With the clipstech® cover strip and the associated support profile you can easily create clean transitions for tile coverings or also for other coverings. One visual advantage is that no screws are visible. The support profile is screwed onto the floor or pressed into the adhesive or mortar prior to laying the tiles. After laying the tiles and the adjacent floor covering the clipstech® cover strip is simply clipped on. The profiles are available in several colors.
| When two floor coverings abut unevenly, the edges of the coverings fray or break out over time. This is not just unsightly, it also allows dirt to penetrate at these points. In addition there is an injury hazard at such points. |

The clipstech® support profile is required to install the clipstech® cover strip. It is available in different heights, depending on the floor covering. It is made of plastic.

User tips
The profiles with alfer®-fix universal hole pattern have a special perforation system with the largest possible perforations to allow the adhesive or mortar to penetrate for an optimum contact area between tile and substrate, furthermore with round and long perforations. You can use these to nail or screw the profile on, e.g. for pre-fixing in the wall area. This will make the later work stages easier.
